Anastasia the musical follows the story of Anya, a young woman trying to rediscover her past in a new Russia, now controlled by The Bolsheviks. With the help of two conmen and an elaborate tale of secret royal blood, Anya is on her way to Paris to find what or who might be waiting for her there. But what if this story about being the lost Princess Anastasia really is true? And if it is, what of the Bolshevik officer tracking her to Paris? Anastasia explores how much our past dictates our future.
Anastasia features incredible songs from the film like “Once Upon a December” “Journey to The Past” “Learn to Do It” and “A Rumor in St. Petersburg” and new compositions for the stage such as “The Neva Flows” “Land of Yesterday” and “My Petersburg”
